Job description
OQ RPI is hiring a Sr Specialist Reporting to lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of reporting functions within the Asset Production Management â Asset Planning & Optimization division. The role involves transforming complex market and performance data into actionable reports and insights that inform strategic decisions, while driving enhancements in reporting tools, KPIs, and dashboards. This position plays a key role in aligning reporting practices with commercial goals, enhancing decision-making capabilities across the RPI & Plastics function.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement reporting processes to monitor asset planning and optimization performance
- Gather, analyze, and report accurate performance and commercial data using advanced BI tools
- Lead the end-to-end design of group-level dashboards, scorecards, and visual reports
- Design and develop internal databases for efficient data storage and retrieval
- Collaborate with performance and planning teams to align reporting frameworks with strategic objectives
- Track and analyze KPIs to detect performance trends and improvement opportunities
- Prepare monthly group reporting materials with actionable insights for senior leadership
- Promote data integrity and improve reporting capabilities, systems, and processes
- Initiate market surveys and customer opinion polls to understand commercial impact variables
- Monitor industry and economic trends, emerging risks, and report their implications to the business
- Support internal policy and process development related to data reporting and commercial planning
- Drive continuous learning, mentor team members, and facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Economy, Finance, Commercial, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 yearsâ experience in a data analytics, reporting, or business planning role
- Experience or familiarity with SAP or other ERP platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced skills in Power BI, VBA, and SQL for data automation and report generation
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, informative dashboards and performance reports
- Strong background in commercial performance evaluation and strategic reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience collaborating across departments and managing diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of commercial planning, delivery models, and market dynamics
