The Solution Engineer AI Business Solutions (Copilot) role is an individual contributor position based in Dubai (MEA-HQ) with a hybrid work model (3 days/week in-office) focused on accelerating AI transformation in the Majors Growth segment by owning the technical win strategy for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio & Agents, and related AI-powered productivity solutions. The role guides customers through discovery, demos, whiteboarding, and envisioning sessions; leads solution design and Proof of Concept (PoC) efforts; and embeds governance, security, and compliance in every engagement to build confidence and drive decision-making. Responsibilities span maintaining expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio & Agents; aligning technical engagements to customer business goals and technical readiness; building competitive strategies and proactively addressing objections; reframing customer challenges and quantifying business impact; and orchestrating seamless handoffs to deployment. The position requires deep experience with cloud and hybrid or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and technology management; familiarity with certifications and technologies such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, and Architecture; and hands-on experience with M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio. The engineer collaborates within a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources, engages in partner sell-with scenarios, escalates and resolves technical blockers, and supports operational excellence and continuous learning to achieve/exceed quarterly targets while delivering scalable impact and sustained customer success.
