Job description
The Solution Engineer AI Business Solutions (Copilot) role is an individual contributor position based in Dubai (MEA-HQ) with a hybrid work model (3 days/week in-office) focused on accelerating AI transformation in the Majors Growth segment by owning the technical win strategy for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio & Agents, and related AI-powered productivity solutions. The role guides customers through discovery, demos, whiteboarding, and envisioning sessions; leads solution design and Proof of Concept (PoC) efforts; and embeds governance, security, and compliance in every engagement to build confidence and drive decision-making. Responsibilities span maintaining expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio & Agents; aligning technical engagements to customer business goals and technical readiness; building competitive strategies and proactively addressing objections; reframing customer challenges and quantifying business impact; and orchestrating seamless handoffs to deployment. The position requires deep experience with cloud and hybrid or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and technology management; familiarity with certifications and technologies such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, and Architecture; and hands-on experience with M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio. The engineer collaborates within a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources, engages in partner sell-with scenarios, escalates and resolves technical blockers, and supports operational excellence and continuous learning to achieve/exceed quarterly targets while delivering scalable impact and sustained customer success.

Key responsibilities
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio & Agents, and AI-powered productivity solutions, and apply this expertise to lead deep technical engagements with customers
- Independently deliver discovery, demonstration, and whiteboarding sessions that align to customer business goals and technical readiness and drive technical decision-making
- Build a competitive strategy by identifying product differentiators, proactively addressing objections, and winning technical decisions against alternatives
- Lead solution design and Proof of Concept (PoC) efforts by reframing customer challenges, quantifying business impact, and demonstrating Microsoftâs value in complex selling environments
- Embed governance, security, and compliance considerations into every engagement to ensure trust, risk management, and decision confidence
- Identify, escalate, and resolve technical blockers, pushing back on misaligned objections and guiding customers through resolution paths
- Engage in partner sell-with scenarios by co-owning technical execution and acting as a trusted source of partner knowledge to accelerate adoption
- Operate within a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources to educate customers technically, prove solutions, and contribute to achieving/exceeding quarterly targets
- Drive operational excellence through consistent execution, scalable patterns, and continuous learning to ensure sustained customer success
- Provide seamless handoffs to deployment teams, ensuring solution readiness, clarity of scope, and alignment to customer objectives
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorâs/Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Possess 4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles (6+ years preferred or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrate 4+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and technology management
- Show hands-on experience with M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio and the ability to lead technical engagements, demos, and envisioning sessions
- Hold or demonstrate equivalent experience to L200 consultative and L400 technical certifications, with relevant certifications in Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect/Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, or Architecture preferred
- Exhibit capability to build competitive differentiation, address objections, and win technical decisions in complex selling environments
- Demonstrate ability to lead solution design and PoC initiatives, quantify business impact, and align technical solutions with customer goals
- Collaborate effectively with partners and virtual teams, manage technical blocker resolution, and execute seamless handoffs to deployment teams
