Job description
The Strategy Consultant - ATIOS at Accenture supports clients in trading, investment, and optimization by delivering tech-enabled transformation and actionable insights. The role involves managing project and client teams to solve complex business issues, applying rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, conducting client interviews and workshops, developing presentation materials, and engaging with senior executives. The consultant works on strategy development, Go to Market, investment optimization, growth strategy, operating model design, process design, and analytics implementation. Additionally, the role contributes to practice building through internal research, proposal development, thought leadership creation, coaching and mentoring team members, and supporting the ATIOS and wider Accenture Strategy practice.

Key responsibilities
- Manage project and client teams to solve complex business issues and deliver actionable recommendations and results.
- Lead day-to-day project and workstream management, identifying value creation opportunities for clients.
- Review, lead and develop analysis required to support project delivery, including quantitative and qualitative research.
- Conduct client interviews and workshops, develop presentation materials, and engage in client conversations articulating approach and recommendations.
- Work on topics including strategy development, Go to Market / GTM, Investment Optimization, Growth Strategy, capability set-up, operating model design, process design, and analytics implementation.
- Develop and sustain senior executive client relationships, staying attuned to client needs and market trends.
- Develop and manage project teams, coaching and mentoring analysts and consultants to enhance consulting skill sets.
- Contribute to developing the ATIOS and wider Accenture Strategy practice, including offerings, assets, and thought leadership.
- Support internal business development by conducting industry and company research and developing client proposal presentations.
Experience & skills
- Experience in consulting or professional services with capability in strategy, trading, investment, or operations optimization.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Proficiency in conducting client workshops, interviews, and presentations.
- Ability to manage projects, workstreams, and client teams independently.
- Strong communication skills for executive engagement and stakeholder management.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members.
- Ability to contribute to thought leadership, practice building, and internal business development initiatives.
