The manager collaborates with commercial operations teams to develop and submit project quotations when required and supports the development of strategic alliances and subcontract agreements including Feasibility Study engagements, Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) agreements, Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts, and third-party purchase orders during execution phases. Responsibilities include supporting negotiation and development of project agreements, preparing project information memoranda for potential partners and financiers, and supporting engagement with developers and investors where applicable. The role also performs financial modelling by scoping and operating financial models in partnership with Baker Hughes Commercial Services (BHCS) while conducting financial analysis to support front-end engagement and project decision making. Governance responsibilities include organizing project risk reviews in accordance with enterprise governance processes, presenting project risk and reward profiles for approvals based on the applicable Delegation of Authority (DOA), and ensuring the accuracy of enterprise project reporting in coordination with business segments. The role requires experience in commercial management within Oil & Gas or industrial sectors, expertise in structuring project architecture during early-stage development including regulatory, planning, budgeting, permitting, and development viability considerations, and familiarity with working alongside EPC contractors in large-scale energy projects.
