Job description
The Visual Merchandising Manager at Huda Beauty will be responsible for managing and executing all phases of visual merchandising projects from scoping to deployment across key regions including the Middle East, India, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Australia. This role acts as the primary contact and leader for regional initiatives, coordinating with suppliers and retailers to ensure timely and flawless execution of store fit-outs, pop-ups, window displays, in-store animations, new product launches, merchandising updates, and maintenance. The successful candidate must possess a senior-level understanding of project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed teams.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Use broad expertise and knowledge to lead complex projects from scoping through to deployment.
- Act as the main point of contact for all regional visual merchandising projects from ideation to execution.
- Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution with suppliers and all retailers.
- Lead internal and external communications across the Middle East, India, Africa, Southeast Asia & Australia.
- Manage permanent and temporary store fit-outs.
- Oversee pop-ups and window display setups.
- Facilitate in-store animations and experiences.
- Manage new product launch implementation across stores.
- Coordinate in-store merchandising and POS materials.
- Oversee maintenance reporting and issue resolution for all stores.
