Job description
The Digital Product Owner - Deposits will lead the end-to-end digital customer journey from acquisition to engagement across all digital platforms for the Retail Liability business. This role involves defining the product strategy, enhancing digital customer experiences, driving product innovation, monitoring performance metrics, and introducing new propositions to improve accessibility. It also includes optimizing digital content, collaborating across departments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the entire product launch lifecycle, including feasibility studies, UAT participation, and post-launch reviews.

Key responsibilities
- Define the product roadmap and ensure product-market fit to achieve business objectives.
- Continuously refine UI/UX, streamline approval processes, and optimize digital customer journeys.
- Develop customer-centric product strategies, including new products, pricing models, and value-added services.
- Track digital touchpoints, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvements.
- Introduce innovative digital propositions to enhance customer coverage and accessibility.
- Improve messaging and visual elements across digital journeys and platforms.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including Digital Banking, Marketing and Operations.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including feasibility studies, UAT, and performance tracking.
- Adhere to internal policies and collaborate with IT Security, Ops Risk, and Compliance to enhance control measures.
- Define and monitor key product indicators, funnel conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital financial products within banking, consumer finance, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead Agile squads and successfully launch digital products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate in an agile environment.
