Job description
Atlantis The Royal's position across Russia and CIS depends on strong relationships with the right partners, and that's what this Assistant Manager role is built to maintain and grow. You'll support the development and execution of sales strategies for Atlantis Dubai across Russia and CIS markets, focused on driving room nights, revenue and market share. Relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs and other key partners get managed and developed continuously across both markets. New business opportunities get identified proactively, while existing accounts get developed further to drive incremental production. Sales calls, partner meetings, presentations, training and webinars all run regularly to keep product knowledge and engagement strong. Account performance, booking trends and production all get monitored closely, with actions recommended wherever results can improve. Market intelligence stays current on competitor activity, pricing, destination trends and airlift changes across the Russia/CIS travel trade. Revenue, Reservations, Marketing and other Commercial teams all work closely with this role to execute Russia/CIS business opportunities effectively.
