Job description
EY is seeking a Manager - Business Transformation for its Healthcare and Life Sciences Consulting practice in Dubai. The role focuses on solving complex strategic, operational, and regulatory challenges for clients in healthcare and life sciences, including strategy and operating model design, process transformation, and performance improvement. The manager will define problems, hypothesize solutions, conduct research, deliver recommendations, and support implementation. The role also involves business development, proposal writing, and contributing to EY’s thought leadership in healthcare transformation.

Key responsibilities
- Translate client problems into project tasks and deliverables within Healthcare and Life Sciences consulting
- Collaborate with clients to define objectives and scope of engagements
- Facilitate discussions and present proposed improvements
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to support implementation activities
- Deliver insights and recommendations in consultation with partners
- Participate in business development, proposal writing, and knowledge-building initiatives
- Assist clients in developing long-range growth strategies and strategic recommendations
- Design sustainable planning processes for healthcare clients
- Help clients reduce costs through enterprise operating model design
- Support clients in value-based care, population health, and care delivery models
- Identify drivers of enterprise value and create decision support frameworks
Experience & skills
- 6–10 years of consulting experience, preferably in Big 4 or strategy consulting firms
- Experience in healthcare and life sciences consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Management, or related fields
- Postgraduate degrees or professional qualifications preferred
- Experience with Middle East markets is essential
- Knowledge in growth strategy, strategic planning, enterprise operating models, value-based care, and healthcare reforms
- Strong analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Proactive, innovative, resourceful, and able to work under pressure
