Job description
Dealer Relationship Executive role within Dubizzle Cars at Bayut & dubizzle, part of the Dubizzle Group, operating across the seven emirates in the United Arab Emirates and serving more than 123 million monthly users across five classified brands. The role is responsible for managing and marketing assigned dealer relationships within an automotive auction platform environment, supporting used and new vehicle dealers, and ensuring achievement of commercial objectives aligned with company credit risk and profitability models. The position focuses on building strong dealer relationships, delivering high-quality customer service, managing dealer portfolios, maintaining dealer engagement on the auction platform, ensuring active bidding participation above 95%, and achieving monthly sales targets and margin objectives. Responsibilities include maintaining logs of dealer visits and feedback, designing dealer segregation strategies, negotiating commercial terms to maximize company margins, ensuring dealer activity and engagement within auctions, and updating systems in a timely manner. The role requires in-depth knowledge of the used car market, expertise in a wide range of makes, models, and GCC vehicle specifications, analytical and data-driven segmentation capabilities, KPI tracking, and commercial performance optimization. The position also involves weekly dealer meetings, sales and marketing activities, and ensuring measurable commercial results through performance monitoring, while working in a fast-paced, high-performing multicultural environment within the automotive marketplace platform.

Key responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with assigned automotive dealers by delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining continuous engagement to support business objectives
- Manage and market assigned dealer accounts to achieve quality, pricing, volume, and margin objectives aligned with company profitability models
- Maintain detailed logs of dealer visits, dealer engagement activities, and dealer feedback while monitoring relationship performance
- Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and margin objectives while optimizing dealer participation in the auction platform
- Design and implement dealer segregation strategies using data-driven segmentation and performance metrics
- Ensure bidding activity exceeds 95% and maintain active dealer participation across the auction platform
- Engage dealers regularly including weekly meetings to strengthen relationships and drive platform usage
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with dealers to maximize company margins while updating systems and maintaining accurate records
Experience & skills
- Obtain a bachelor’s degree in any discipline supporting sales, marketing, or business operations
- Demonstrate 3-5 years of experience in used or new vehicle sales, purchasing, or dealership management
- Hold a valid UAE driver’s license to support dealer visits and relationship management activities
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the used car market and automotive auction environment
- Possess expertise across a wide range of vehicle makes, models, and GCC vehicle specifications
- Demonstrate analytical and data-driven approach with dealer segmentation and KPI tracking capabilities
- Demonstrate strong negotiation, sales, and marketing skills focused on achieving commercial results
- Exhibit professional presentation skills and ability to operate in a competitive, high-performance environment
