Job description
UHNWIs, HNWIs, investors and strategic partners are the audience for Red Sea Residences, and reaching them well is what this marketing leadership position is about. Working with the Marketing Director and senior business stakeholders, you will shape the residential marketing roadmap and set asset-specific strategies for each development while keeping them consistent with the Red Sea Global brand. Campaigns run across digital, social media, paid media, PR, events, partnerships, website, CRM, email marketing, content marketing, print, film and experiential channels. Launches carry a lot of weight here, from annual go-to-market plans to international roadshows, exhibitions and investor events. Creative, media, PR, digital, branding, production and research agencies all sit under your oversight, along with the budgets, procurement and contracts behind them. Performance frameworks built on data analytics, customer insights and campaign reporting keep ROI in view. A marketing team looks to you for coaching, succession planning and capability development. Most candidates bring at least 10 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally with a leading real estate developer, luxury hospitality or destination development organisation, including 3 to 4 years leading teams. Knowledge of CRM, performance marketing, marketing automation and AI-enabled marketing solutions will be put to regular use.
