Job description
Amazon's last mile network in the UAE runs through independent Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), and this Dubai-based manager coaches a portfolio of those business owners. The role is part advisor and part operating partner, covering each DSP relationship from onboarding and launch through to scale. Owners at different stages need help setting strategy, building accountability and tracking key performance metrics. Peak periods demand extra planning, so resources and ramp-up plans are checked well in advance. Business and Financial Health Reviews give owners benchmarking data, insight into performance and a view of new opportunities. Station Operations Managers, Compliance and Finance colleagues work alongside you so every DSP stays within program requirements. Beyond individual owners, the job looks for workflow inefficiencies and pushes financial, operational and safety improvements across the network. Expect to bring a Bachelor's degree and experience analysing data to assess performance drivers, with 2+ years of mentoring, leading or coaching preferred.
