Job description
The Senior Specialist - Operations will support the planning, coordination, and execution of daily operations and special projects across ADRENA. The role ensures operational readiness, compliance with standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement of guest services and attraction efficiency. The candidate will collaborate across guest services, attractions, and support units, while contributing to seasonal events and providing technical input on staffing and capacity planning.

- Assist in developing and implementing operational plans and procedures.
- Monitor attraction performance and support process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure departmental compliance with safety, quality, and guest service standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between guest services, attractions, and support units.
- Support data collection, reporting, and KPI analysis for operations.
- Participate in the planning and execution of seasonal and special events.
- Provide technical input for staff scheduling and capacity planning.
- Support onboarding and training of new operations staff.
- Assist in managing communication between field teams and leadership.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
- 6 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 1ā3 years specifically in operational or project coordination roles within hospitality, tourism, or attractions.
- Strong knowledge of operational planning and execution within large-scale venues, theme parks, entertainment districts, or hospitality facilities.
- Proven track record in managing guest service operations and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and service standards.
- Experience coordinating seasonal or special events and managing operational readiness for peak traffic periods.
- Ability to analyze operational KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Hands-on experience in staff scheduling, capacity planning, and workforce optimization.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements related to health, safety, and security standards in hospitality/entertainment industries.
- Experience in onboarding, training, and supporting new staff to align with operational procedures and service standards.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and operational management tools or scheduling systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational challenges in fast-paced environments.
- Understanding of cross-functional collaboration, including coordination between guest services, technical teams, and leadership.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple operational tasks.
