Job description
As a Senior Manager at Bain, you will lead case teams to develop and implement strategic recommendations that improve client performance. You will collaborate closely with clients, provide intellectual leadership, and take responsibility for value creation. You'll manage team performance, mentor consultants, and contribute to firm-building initiatives. This role involves complex problem-solving, stakeholder management, and delivering outcomes that drive impact across diverse industries. Bain provides comprehensive integration support for new Senior Managers, focusing on onboarding, capability development, and mentorship to ensure success in the first 12ā18 months.

Key responsibilities
- Lead client engagements, overseeing strategy development and implementation.
- Identify and drive value creation opportunities within client organizations.
- Conduct complex business problem analysis and deliver tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain consensus with clients on key project deliverables and recommendations.
- Mentor, manage, and develop case team members with ongoing feedback and support.

Experience & skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting with demonstrated progression to Senior Manager level.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with strong numerical fluency.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex assignments and team dynamics.
- Fluency in English (additional language requirements may apply per office).
- Strong academic credentials from top-tier universities.
- Ability to work flexibly and meet deadlines across varied client demands.
- Experience working directly with C-level stakeholders and clients.
