New clients and partners only start well if their data, systems and people are lined up from day one, and that is what this Onboarding Specialist/Manager in the UAE is hired to make happen. Each program starts with a detailed onboarding plan and timeline, then moves into technical data integration between client systems and internal platforms using APIs and ETL processes. CRM workflows on platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics are configured and refined along the way. Documentation is a big part of the work, from process maps to user guides. Clients, internal teams and third-party vendors all need managing, and training on new systems and processes goes to both clients and colleagues. Risks are tracked and mitigated throughout, with regular status reports going to senior management. This is a contract position. Candidates need 6 to 8 years in onboarding or project management and a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field, with PMP or PRINCE2, CRM certification, Arabic and MENA experience all preferred.
