Job description
Jumeirah The Red Sea brings the brand's luxury hospitality to Saudi Arabia, and this HR director builds the people function behind it. Property HR strategy is set in line with corporate and regional direction, then tracked to make sure objectives are met. The HR team looks to you for leadership and development, and senior and middle managers get support to take on more HR responsibility themselves. Productivity and continuous improvement sit high on the agenda. Communication with corporate and regional HR runs both ways, and colleagues receive timely, well-pitched internal messages. The annual HR budget and capital expenditure process are planned and managed, with Profit & Loss statements monitored closely. Pre-opening experience matters here, along with large-scale recruitment and workforce planning for luxury resorts in the Middle East. Talent management, succession planning, performance management and employee relations are core strengths the role calls on. The position is open to KSA Nationals with 10+ years of progressive HR experience in luxury hospitality.
