Job description
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) for Financial Services Rental & Leasing at Al-Futtaim Group (Hertz) in Abu Dhabi is responsible for managing all administrative and government-related processes tied to vehicle operations and legal compliance. The role involves ensuring the availability and management of traffic files, handling fines and lock fines, facilitating the release of impounded vehicles, processing permits and permissions, and managing all aspects of vehicle registrations, renewals, and de-registrations. Additionally, the PRO will resolve police cases, obtain police reports, assist with legal matters and court case follow-ups, and provide daily monitoring and reporting to ensure timely task completion. This position requires maintaining active traffic files, ensuring administrative transparency, and building strong relationships with government entities and internal stakeholders. Candidates must be UAE Nationals with at least two years of experience in the rental car industry and hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. The role directly reports to the Head of Operations - Fleet Management.
