Job description
The Marketing Manager at Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase admissions, and foster customer loyalty across a portfolio of entertainment brands including Activate, Magic Planet, Little Explorers, Yalla Bowling, iFly, and new concepts. Based in Dubai, this role involves managing multiple brand campaigns simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining consistent brand identity across regional markets. The position includes overseeing marketing activations, partnerships, and events, supported by data-driven insights into consumer behavior. The Marketing Manager will plan and optimize integrated marketing efforts across PR, digital and traditional media, content creation, and social engagement, while ensuring compliance with legal and brand standards. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize campaign effectiveness, optimize budgets, and deliver measurable business results across the Middle East region.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy for Leisure and Entertainment brands
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization for brand promotions, events, and partnerships
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and brand guidelines
- Analyze consumer behavior and market insights to develop data-driven marketing strategies and segmentation plans
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution and measurable ROI
- Plan and deliver annual marketing calendars including media buying, PR, content creation, and digital engagement
- Lead partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach and enhance customer engagement
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to inform decision-making
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with contracts, legal obligations, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure consistent execution across markets
- Deliver post-campaign analysis and reports to measure performance and identify optimization opportunities
Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
- Possess 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably within the Entertainment or Leisure industries
- Have experience managing multiple brand campaigns across the Middle East region
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage concurrent projects effectively
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Show experience working within corporate marketing structures and cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze consumer insights and database analytics to drive targeted campaigns
- Strong financial acumen in managing marketing budgets and assessing ROI performance
- Knowledge of media planning, partnerships, and content strategy for both online and offline channels
- Be willing to travel as required to support regional marketing operations
