Job description
The Creative Manager at Ounass leads the evolution of the brandās visual identity and design excellence across all customer touchpoints. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role is responsible for driving high-impact creative strategies, maintaining brand consistency, and inspiring a multidisciplinary design team to deliver exceptional, future-forward visuals. The position requires a fusion of creative vision, strategic thinking, and technical mastery ā ensuring Ounass continues to define digital luxury in the Middle East through world-class storytelling and design innovation.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to shape and implement Ounassā design vision across campaigns, digital assets, and brand initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand expression across channels through strong design governance and creative innovation
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers, fostering creativity, excellence, and collaboration
- Integrate emerging technologies such as AI and generative design tools to enhance creativity and scalability
- Oversee design workflow, project allocation, and quality control to ensure alignment with brand standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams ā including Marketing, Editorial, UX/UI, and PR ā to create cohesive, high-impact experiences
- Develop sustainable and forward-looking design practices that align with Ounassā vision of modern luxury
- Translate complex business objectives into clear, visually engaging creative solutions
- Champion continuous learning, inclusivity, and creative innovation within the team
Experience & skills
- 7+ years of experience in design leadership, ideally within luxury, fashion, or e-commerce industries
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging AI design platforms
- Proven experience managing creative teams and delivering complex, multi-channel projects
- Deep understanding of design systems, digital storytelling, and brand strategy
- Exceptional eye for detail, typography, and visual composition
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency preferred)
- Passion for redefining luxury through digital innovation and creative storytelling
