Delivery Specialist / Senior Delivery Specialist role within Oliver Wyman Digital responsible for supporting project teams in executing digital and technology transformation projects across clients. The position involves working in a global consulting environment delivering world-class digital products, leveraging expertise in design, data science and analytics, project delivery, and engineering. The role focuses on effective project planning, organization, and execution, supporting digital project delivery, and contributing to the establishment of project governance and delivery processes. Responsibilities include supporting the setup and execution of digital projects, managing smaller projects independently, utilizing project management tools such as JIRA, and operating within PMO structures in Digital Asset Build environments. The role requires technical understanding of front-end and back-end technologies and software development processes, knowledge of Agile methodologies, and ability to translate client business needs into technology requirements. The Delivery Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports data-driven analysis, contributes to requirements gathering, and ensures projects progress in the right direction. The role includes working closely with clients, maintaining strong communication across formal and informal settings, and contributing to project tracking and delivery management. The position requires experience working with large data sets, analytical problem-solving, and participation in digital product development initiatives. The candidate will work within Oliver Wyman Digital’s global team delivering consulting-led digital transformation projects while collaborating with designers, engineers, data scientists, and consultants to achieve successful client outcomes.
