Job description
The Logistics Manager at TechnipFMC in Dammam, Saudi Arabia is responsible for overseeing all logistics and warehouse functions to ensure effective and efficient material planning, inventory control, and order fulfillment. This onshore office-based role supports oil & gas operations and demands extensive experience in warehousing and logistics within a dynamic environment. The manager must track key performance metrics including delivery times, transport costs, and inventory levels, while maintaining relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers. Core responsibilities include shipment processing, warehouse organization, route planning, coaching warehouse staff, and implementing performance improvements through data analysis. The role requires compliance with ISO standards and logistics-related laws and regulations. Candidates should bring strong analytical, leadership, and operational management skills, ideally backed by certifications such as SOLE, CLTD, CPSM, PMP, or ICLT. A minimum of 10 years of experience (including 5 years in materials management) is required, along with a relevant bachelorās degree.

Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Approximately 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 in materials planning and warehousing
- Prior experience in the oil & gas industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory systems, and transport planning
- Proficiency in logistics software and data analytics tools
- Preferred certifications: SOLE, CLTD, CPSM, PMP, or ICLT
- Ability to manage operations in a dynamic and complex environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
