Job description
The Director of Public Relations & Marketing at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is responsible for leading the PR and Marketing team to maximize the hotel's brand presence across all channels including web, TV, and social media. The role requires strategizing and executing creative campaigns, developing engaging content, cultivating and maintaining media and influencer relationships, creating newsworthy events, and driving brand awareness. The director oversees PR efforts across Sales & Marketing, F&B, Rooms, and Spa operations, ensuring alignment with luxury hospitality standards. The role requires strong knowledge of media networks, social media monitoring tools, communications, journalism, and guest engagement strategies, alongside a creative mindset and ability to deliver measurable PR results.
