The Property Consultant for the Secondary Market at Provident Estate in Dubai is responsible for providing high-quality real estate services focused on luxury properties in areas such as Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Hills Estate. This role involves identifying and pursuing opportunities for property sales, assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process. The consultant will conduct market research, stay updated on industry trends, and maintain a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including knowledge of RERA regulations and legal requirements. By leveraging the company's extensive 16-year client database, in-house marketing team, conveyancing department, property management team, and financial advisory services, the consultant contributes to achieving sales targets while upholding Provident Estate’s reputation for professionalism, luxury service, and excellence. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, engagement with clients, and proactive contribution to the growth of the secondary market portfolio. Additionally, the consultant must demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to maintain professional client relationships, and a results-driven approach in a high-performance, luxury-focused environment.

Experience & skills
- Proven experience in luxury sales, preferably in Dubai
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
- Presentable with a professional image
- Valid UAE driving license
- Financially stable for at least 6 months
