The Sales Manager – Corporate & Long Stay role is a full-time, permanent position based at Movenpick Al Mamzar in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, reporting to the Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing. The role is responsible for implementing all sales activities, maximizing business opportunities, and managing corporate and long-stay accounts within the hotel and Accor network. This position involves developing personal business plans in conjunction with the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing and driving, managing, and maintaining robust, positive relationships with travel trade key accounts, business partners, and stakeholders. The role requires generating and maintaining a portfolio of customers through a variety of sales activities, including face-to-face sales calls, telephone outreach, and client entertainment, while ensuring maximum visibility and exposure for the hotel. The Sales Manager is responsible for comprehensive portfolio coverage, ensuring client servicing across all relevant departments to achieve sales targets and maximize productivity. The position emphasizes service excellence, professionalism, and maintaining the highest standards of ethical behavior and confidentiality. The role also requires familiarity with hotel operations, particularly food & beverage, to inform sales strategies and client interactions. The Sales Manager represents the hotel and Accor brand, demonstrating pride in personal presentation, workplace appearance, and overall commitment to creating positive and lasting impressions with guests, clients, and colleagues. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, including sudden increases in working hours, is required. The position offers opportunities to contribute to both the hotel’s and Accor’s broader goals in responsible hospitality, guest satisfaction, and market growth.

Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute sales activities for the corporate and long-stay segments in alignment with the hotel’s and cluster’s strategic objectives
- Generate and maintain client relationships with travel trade key accounts, corporate clients, and business partners to maximize revenue opportunities
- Conduct face-to-face sales meetings, telephone communications, and client entertainment to maintain engagement and visibility
- Manage and monitor client portfolio performance, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all accounts and alignment with departmental objectives
- Develop timely, achievable, and structured personal business plans in conjunction with the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing
- Promote the hotel’s brand, facilities, and services to clients while ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Coordinate and liaise with internal hotel departments to ensure seamless client servicing and successful delivery of business commitments
- Demonstrate professional conduct, maintain business confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards and company policies
- Support interdepartmental collaboration and promote positive relationships across all hotel teams
- Adapt flexibly to business needs, including sudden increases in working hours or additional responsibilities as required
Experience & skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated understanding of F&B operations and their role in supporting sales strategies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for client and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to develop, implement, and execute strategic and creative sales plans
- Proficiency in managing client portfolios, driving business development, and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
