Key responsibilities

• Maximize store contribution by proactively driving sales and implementing strategies to achieve performance targets
• Reduce stock loss and manage controllable costs to optimize store profitability
• Motivate, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performing, engaged workforce
• Ensure compliance with all company regulations, policies, and procedures across store operations
• Oversee operational processes, monitor performance metrics, and take corrective action where required
