Job description
The Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager at Alshaya Group is responsible for maximizing store performance by proactively driving sales, reducing stock loss, and managing controllable costs. The role involves motivating and developing team members, ensuring compliance with company regulations and procedures, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. The position requires leadership skills to manage retail operations in fashion or health & beauty stores, overseeing operational performance, analyzing numerical and business metrics, and supporting a positive and high-performing work culture. Fluency in English, strong interpersonal and analytical abilities, and the capacity to develop and coach a team are essential for success.

- Maximize store contribution by proactively driving sales and implementing strategies to achieve performance targets
- Reduce stock loss and manage controllable costs to optimize store profitability
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performing, engaged workforce
- Ensure compliance with all company regulations, policies, and procedures across store operations
- Oversee operational processes, monitor performance metrics, and take corrective action where required
