Job description
The Senior Associate of Digital Marketing – eCommerce Performance & CRM (Tryano) role operates within a hybrid luxury retail environment focused on omnichannel excellence across stores, online platforms, and mobile apps. The position is responsible for driving qualified traffic, conversion, and online revenue for Tryano eCommerce by planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and performance channels in alignment with the eCommerce relaunch and growth strategy. The role manages performance marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate channels, optimising campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and AOV metrics. It supports CRM initiatives such as email marketing, push notifications, and customer segmentation to drive retention and repeat purchase, while leveraging Google Analytics and platform dashboards to monitor digital performance and generate actionable insights. The role owns campaign calendar execution aligned with trading priorities, product launches, and promotional moments, collaborates closely with brand, creative, and eCommerce teams, manages budgets and spend allocation across channels, coordinates with external agencies, and conducts A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and messaging to continuously improve campaign performance and revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid media, social, CRM, and onsite channels to drive qualified traffic, conversion rate, and online revenue in line with the eCommerce relaunch and growth strategy.
- Manage performance marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and affiliate marketing platforms, continuously optimising campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and AOV metrics to maximise return on investment.
- Own the day-to-day execution of campaign calendars aligned with trading priorities, product launches, and promotional moments, ensuring campaigns are accurately briefed, delivered on time, and consistent with brand positioning.
- Support CRM initiatives by executing email marketing, push notifications, and customer segmentation strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, repeat purchase, and lifetime value.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on digital performance using Google Analytics and platform dashboards, translating data into actionable recommendations, managing budgets and spend allocation, and conducting A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve performance outcomes.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners where applicable, while staying up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and competitive positioning.
Experience & skills
- Possess 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within eCommerce, retail, or fashion environments, with direct exposure to performance-driven revenue growth strategies.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience managing paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and affiliate marketing channels, with proven ability to optimise campaigns using ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and AOV metrics.
- Exhibit practical experience working with CRM tools and customer journey strategies including email marketing, push notifications, and customer segmentation to drive retention and repeat purchase.
- Show proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform dashboards, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into measurable marketing actions.
- Demonstrate capability in budget management, spend tracking, A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and structured campaign execution within a fast-paced eCommerce environment focused on growth and optimisation.
