The Cortex & Cloud Sales Specialist (Cybersecurity Solutions) role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates and focuses on driving the growth of Cortex and Cloud business across the region within a leading cybersecurity organization. The position operates in a high-growth, innovation-driven environment and is responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives targeting Enterprise and Major-level accounts. The role requires extensive experience in cybersecurity sales, platform selling, and complex solution sales methodologies, with strong knowledge of security solutions including SIEM, EDR, and CNAPP (DevSecOps, CloudOps). The specialist builds and cultivates trusted relationships with CIOs and CISOs, influences strategic conversations, and aligns customer strategies with Cortex and Cloud business objectives. Responsibilities include leading strategic sales campaigns, managing full sales cycle management from initial contact through procurement processes, conducting sales forecasting, and operating within a continuous adoption, expansion, and upsell sales motion inside a matrixed sales organization. The role engages in deep technical discussions beyond standard sales presentations, translating complex technical cybersecurity and AI-driven security solutions into clear business value propositions. Collaboration with sales engineers, cross-functional teams, and Alliances is critical to deliver tailored customer-centric solutions and execute a channel-centric go-to-market strategy through channel partner management. The position requires domestic travel to meet customers and attend key business events, contributing directly to regional revenue growth and rapid business expansion.

- Drive regional growth of Cortex and Cloud security solutions by building and cultivating strong customer relationships within Enterprise and Major-level accounts.
- Lead strategic sales campaigns, manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through procurement processes, and conduct accurate sales forecasting aligned with business objectives.
- Engage in deep technical discussions on cybersecurity solutions including SIEM, EDR, and CNAPP (DevSecOps, CloudOps), translating complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for CIOs and CISOs.
- Collaborate with core sales teams, sales engineers, cross-functional teams, and Alliances to deliver tailored customer-centric solutions and execute a channel-centric go-to-market strategy.
- Operate within a matrixed sales organization to drive continuous adoption, expansion, and upsell sales motion while traveling domestically to support customer engagements and key business events.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 5+ years of field sales experience focusing on key customer accounts and delivering value to Enterprise or Major-level accounts within cybersecurity or cloud security markets.
- Exhibit extensive platform selling experience in complex sales environments with multiple buying centers and expertise in complex solution sales methodologies.
- Show proven experience selling Cybersecurity solutions including SIEM, EDR, or CNAPP (DevSecOps, CloudOps), with strong understanding of Cloud security solutions and Cortex offerings.
- Maintain established trusted relationships with CIOs and CISOs and demonstrate ability to influence and drive strategic conversations at executive level.
- Demonstrate experience working with channel partners and executing a channel-centric go-to-market strategy within a matrixed sales organization.
- Show ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, collaborate effectively with sales engineers and cross-functional teams, and manage continuous adoption, expansion, and upsell sales motion.
- Demonstrate willingness and ability to travel domestically as required to meet customers and support business needs.
