Job description
Revenue leakage costs businesses more than most finance teams realize, and this Senior Manager - Finance role exists to close that gap across every business unit's order to cash, billing, invoicing, and collections processes. You design, implement, and monitor internal controls that keep revenue integrity intact, leading periodic reconciliation, variance analysis, and root cause investigations whenever something doesn't add up. Pricing, contracts, discounts, promotions, and revenue adjustments all get reviewed and validated under your oversight, with IFRS compliance and organizational policy running through every decision. Large scale process transformation within the Shared Services Center falls to you too, bringing in RPA, workflow automation, analytics dashboards, and AI/ML based anomaly detection to standardize workflows across geographies. A multi-disciplinary team handling billing, audits, assurance checks, and reporting reports into this role, mentored and managed alongside close collaboration with Finance, Operations, IT, Commercial, and Data Analytics. Senior stakeholders get influenced through insights and recommendations grounded in solid analytics, and internal and external auditors partner with you on revenue related reviews. Systemic gaps in revenue processes get identified and corrected, feeding into a broader roadmap for shared services scalability and maturity. Executive level presentations for senior leadership and CFO reviews round out the reporting side, backed by MIS, dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards that stay accurate and timely.
