Large enterprises in Saudi Arabia want to move sensitive workloads and regulated data to AWS, and the hard part is proving they can still meet their risk, regulatory and compliance obligations once they get there. AWS Security Assurance Services exists to help them operationalise the shared responsibility model, and this Senior Solutions Architect position is open to KSA nationals. Teams of Amazonians, partners and customers look to you to shape compliance and risk management approaches that speed up cloud migration. Engagements involve detailed technical discussions, strategic presentations and hands-on demonstrations of automating compliance in the AWS environment. Customer and partner feedback also flows back through you into AWS technology roadmaps. Travel to customer sites is expected as needed. Required experience covers information security and compliance, risk assessments and audits, control design and enterprise control frameworks, and securing cloud software services. At least 3 years advising customers on architectures that meet standards such as NIST 800-53 and GDPR is essential, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Information Security or a related field. CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, CPA or similar credentials, plus Agile and DevOps experience, would add weight.
