Job description
Regional President, COO, CFO, and Market Unit leaders across APJMEA rely on this Head of Business Operations role as both strategic advisor and operational driver, and that dual mandate shapes everything else. You will lead a high-impact team across Field Operations, Deal Desk, and Sales Compensation, delivering insights and infrastructure that support sales teams and speed up performance. Commercial excellence, scalable growth, and operational alignment across diverse markets sit at the center of the work, achieved by collaborating with regional executives on proactive forecasting, territory coverage, quota planning, GTM execution, and quarterly business reviews. Building, leading, and evolving the regional Business Operations team comes with the territory, keeping support agile and improvement continuous across every function. Actionable analytics get delivered to sharpen sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and revenue predictability, while data integrity and governance across forecasting, pipeline management, and deal reviews stay under close watch. Corporate GTM strategies get operationalized across Market Units to keep execution aligned and impact measurable. Pipeline health gets monitored continuously, with demand generation initiatives supported and growth-focused interventions driven where needed. Quota setting and compensation plans fall under this role's oversight too, acting as the primary liaison for all sales compensation matters as the team scales toward the region's strategic growth objectives through 2025 and beyond.
