Job description
Analyse, develop and participate in the evaluation and assessment of the company’s business performance to ensure continuous improvement and long-term business sustainability. The role covers performance management, corporate reporting, training, audit preparation, budget input, policies implementation, innovation, continuous improvement, and compliance with HSE and sustainability guidelines.

Key responsibilities
- Review and validate operational data received from end-users for shareholder reports and other data queries.
- Conduct in-depth gap analysis and provide interpretation of corporate and divisional performance data using the balanced scorecard system.
- Identify and implement business action plans related to performance gaps, and follow up key recommendations.
- Evaluate KPIs’ targets based on strategic objectives, operations, trends, and industry benchmarking; participate in corporate target setting.
- Review and prepare documents for shareholders’ meetings including Performance Management Contract (PMC), Board Advisory Committee (BAC), and Board Meetings.
- Prepare and present PMC performance updates to shareholders and senior management.
- Contribute to CEO Highlights presentations for BAC and Board meetings.
- Prepare and participate in corporate performance audits with end-users and data focal points.
- Track deployment and alignment of performance management activities across the company.
- Contribute to developing and implementing corporate reporting standards and frameworks.
- Review and ensure accuracy of data queries required by government bodies and third parties such as Ministry of Energy, ADSC, and OPEC.
- Analyze corporate performance data for periodic reports for management and shareholders.
- Contribute to enhancement of corporate MIS to improve reporting and decision-making.
- Conduct orientation/briefing for staff on the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
- Train and develop staff to improve proficiency and meet section objectives.
- Provide input for budgets, monitor variances, and support cost control.
- Implement policies, systems, processes, and standards to support departmental work programs.
- Design and implement tools and techniques for operational process improvements.
- Identify improvements in processes aligned with ISO standards for greater efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, legislation, and sustainability guidelines.
- Provide inputs to Section MIS and progress reports for management.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent professional qualification.
- 8 years of experience in performance management and corporate reporting within a large industrial organization, preferably Oil and Gas.
- Experience with balanced scorecard systems.
- Strong knowledge of KPI evaluation and target setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis and corporate governance processes.
- Experience in preparing reports for shareholders and senior management.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and process improvement methods.
- Familiarity with MIS systems for corporate reporting.
- Ability to conduct audits and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
- Understanding of HSE policies, sustainability guidelines, and ADNOC Code of Practices.
