Job description
Marketing Manager β Exhibitions role based in Dubai, UAE within the marketing and events industry, focused on planning, developing, and executing integrated B2B marketing strategies for exhibitions and trade shows. The role is responsible for driving visitor attendance, exhibitor acquisition, brand visibility, and overall event revenue performance through multi-channel marketing initiatives. It requires strong expertise in exhibition marketing, audience segmentation, digital campaign execution, CRM-driven automation workflows, and stakeholder engagement across exhibitors, partners, and internal sales teams. The position involves managing full lifecycle marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, PR, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing channels. Responsibilities include market research, competitor analysis, audience insights, and continuous optimization of campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics. The role also includes managing website content, landing pages, SEO optimization, PPC campaigns, social media ads, retargeting, and CRM/email automation systems. Additionally, it involves overseeing budgets, tracking KPIs such as registrations, leads, conversions, and ROI, and reporting performance insights to senior management. The position requires coordination with designers, copywriters, agencies, media partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and effective campaign execution. Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies for exhibitions and trade shows, including visitor attendance growth, exhibitor acquisition, and brand visibility enhancement
- Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, PR, content marketing, and paid advertising channels with full budget and timeline ownership
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to refine exhibition positioning and improve campaign effectiveness
- Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, PPC campaigns, website content, landing page optimization, CRM/email automation workflows, and social media advertising
- Coordinate with sales teams to support exhibitor acquisition campaigns and ensure alignment between marketing and revenue objectives
- Develop and distribute marketing content including brochures, press releases, emails, social media posts, and promotional materials while ensuring brand consistency across all channels
- Build and manage partnerships with media outlets, industry associations, and stakeholders while executing PR campaigns and securing promotional collaborations
- Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics including registrations, leads, conversions, ROI, and campaign effectiveness to senior management
Experience & skills
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field relevant to marketing and events
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in exhibitions, events, or B2B marketing environments with proven campaign execution experience
- Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and platforms including SEO, PPC, email marketing, CRM systems, and social media advertising
- Demonstrated experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, PR, content, and paid media
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics
- Excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder management skills for coordination with internal teams, agencies, and external partners
