The Management Consulting Finance Transformation Shared Services Manager role sits within Accenture Strategy & Consulting under the CFO & Enterprise Value practice, supporting organizations across industries by advising senior business leaders on finance transformation initiatives. The role focuses on Global Business Services, Shared Service Centers, and Center of Excellence models, enabling digital process transformation, organization structure design, working capital optimization, strategic cost optimization, and treasury operations. The position involves assessing and designing Shared Services and Global Business Services models, including Target Operating Models, detailed Governance and Interaction Models, transition preparation, multi-site baselining, and business case development. The role contributes to evaluating how GenAI and Agentic architecture can be leveraged to drive efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction, performs Shared Service feasibility assessments and benchmarking exercises, and proposes transformation roadmaps. The role supports implementation of performance management frameworks, continuous improvement measures, and change impact assessments across transitioning business units. In addition, the position contributes to business development activities including identifying opportunities, developing proposals, presenting to clients, and supporting management of large tenders. The role operates in a consulting environment supporting tech-enabled transformation, finance operations optimization, and enterprise reinvention, with exposure to digital transformation, service management and governance, program and transition management, and post-merger integration, particularly with preferred industry exposure to Resources and Oil & Gas.
