Job description
In this role you will own the Scenario Library and BRD readiness activities, managing requirements and scenario detail while coordinating clinical and business stakeholder sign-offs to ensure requirements are clear for vendor scoping and quotation. You will own and maintain the Scenario Library, ensuring scenarios are written in clear user story format with detail, edge cases, and ownership. You are responsible for maintaining and evolving the Business Requirements Document and supporting the Master Open Decisions Register. Your responsibilities include translating ratified scenarios into RFP-ready requirements for implementation partner and subcontracted technology partner scoping, and maintaining naming, ID consistency, and version discipline across BRD, scenario, decision, and risk documents. You will prepare scenario-specific companion documents for NDA-gated command-centre partners where required, and support the Risks and Assumptions Register with clear descriptions, ownership, and mitigation paths. In this role you will work closely with the Solution Architect to ensure business scenarios translate into technical architecture decisions, and you will work closely with Product Management so validated requirements can inform backlog and sprint planning activities.
