Job description
Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality and member of Dubai Holding with 31 properties across 13 countries, seeks a Senior Executive – Media to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate in Downtown Dubai. The role leads execution of paid media campaigns across digital and offline channels to align with brand and commercial objectives; collaborates with internal teams and external agencies for media planning, creative asset delivery, and campaign approvals; monitors performance and pacing to identify issues and optimization opportunities; manages media budgets and reporting including spend tracking, reconciliation, and post-campaign analysis; and serves as a key liaison to support hotel teams and internal departments so campaigns are locally relevant, well-executed, and strategically aligned. The position requires 3–4 years of hands-on media planning, buying, or digital marketing experience in a multi-channel environment; strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic tools; proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for budget and performance data; and comfort with analytics and CRO tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, A/B testing, and landing page optimization techniques. - Lead execution of paid media campaigns across digital and offline channels to meet brand and commercial objectives and timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on media planning, creative asset delivery, and campaign approvals while maintaining consistency and standards
- Monitor campaign performance and pacing, proactively identify issues and opportunities, and drive continuous optimization
- Manage media budgets and reporting by tracking spend, performing reconciliation, and conducting post-campaign analysis to deliver actionable insights
- Act as key liaison for stakeholders, supporting hotel teams and internal departments to ensure locally relevant, well-executed, and strategically aligned campaigns
Experience & skills
- Bring 3–4 years of hands-on experience in media planning, buying, or digital marketing within a fast-paced, multi-channel environment
- Demonstrate strong command of paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic tools to support execution and optimization
- Show skill in media planning workflows and coordination across agencies and internal stakeholders for seamless delivery
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to manage budgets, reporting, and performance data accurately
- Be comfortable with analytics and CRO tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, A/B testing, and landing page optimization techniques
