Job description
The Public Relations Lead Officer in the Group CEOās Office is responsible for managing public relations activities and strategic communications for the CEO. The role ensures alignment of messaging across organizational channels, oversees the documentation and logistics of CEO engagements, and coordinates communication with internal departments and external dignitaries. It requires strong knowledge of capital markets or financial services, with demonstrated experience in high-level executive communications and media relations.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure all activities follow internal governance policies and external regulatory requirements
- Manage public relations for the Group CEO engagements
- Support the planning and documentation of Board and Committee meetings across the Group and its Subsidiaries
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align messaging across all channels
- Facilitate communication between the Group CEO office and various organizational departments
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and executive teams on sensitive communications matters
- Coordinate logistics for the Group CEO appearances at conferences, panels, and speaking opportunities
- Manage protocol requirements for the Group CEO meetings with external/internal dignitaries and officials
- Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the companyās standards
- Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet requirements and objectives
- Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a timely manner
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for controlled and consistent work
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement
- Promote adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization
- Maintain respectful relationships with colleagues and represent the company with professionalism
Experience & skills
- Bachelor Degree in Public Relations, Business Administration or similar is required
- Master Degree is preferred
- Professional certifications are preferred
- 3+ years of experience in public relations, executive communications, or media relations
- Experience in capital markets, government, or financial services environment
- Understanding of the financial sector and capital market dynamics
