Amazon is hiring a Finance Business Partner for its fast-growing Quick Commerce business in the Middle East (Amazon Now). This Dubai-based role requires an experienced finance professional to lead planning processes, deliver insights, and support strategic growth initiatives across multiple programs and country-level operations. The candidate will partner with category leaders, operations, and finance teams to drive performance, ensure robust controls, and influence key decisions. The position blends financial strategy, performance analysis, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Act as finance business partner across quick commerce and new programs
- Lead planning and performance reviews for assigned programs and countries
- Build financial models and hold business teams accountable for KPIs
- Deliver insights and recommendations to influence decisions and drive results
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management
- Represent Finance in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Evaluate strategic initiatives and document key learnings
- Develop tools, dashboards, and processes to improve financial decision-making
- Interpret large data sets and make trade-offs between accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with product managers to align financial goals with program design
Experience & skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in finance or related analytical field
- Experience applying key financial performance indicators to business analysis
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvement or automation
- Hands-on experience with financial modeling, P&L analysis, and internal controls
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and reporting environments
- Experience using SQL and other data mining/reporting tools such as Essbase or Cognos
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive financial accountability
- Experience performing audits or implementing controls over financial reporting
