Job description
Jazeera Airways is seeking a Specialist – Marketing (Emerging Markets) to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention through targeted lifecycle marketing initiatives. The role focuses on executing personalized email, push notification, and SMS campaigns, as well as managing loyalty partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and travel partners. The Specialist will oversee referral and affiliate programs, ensuring measurable ROI while enhancing customer lifetime value (CLV). This position requires expertise in CRM tools, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing strategies, combined with strong data-driven decision-making skills to optimize retention and engagement efforts.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized email, push notifications, and SMS campaigns.
- Implement customer segmentation and behavior-triggered communication strategies.
- Track and optimize email open rates, CTR, and retention KPIs.
- Manage collaborations with banks, payment providers, and travel partners to boost customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop co-branded promotions with credit card companies, e-wallets, and financial institutions.
- Oversee referral and affiliate marketing programs, tracking performance and ROI.
- Analyze customer engagement trends to refine retention strategies.
- Collaborate with analytics and digital marketing teams for performance optimization.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, customer behavior, and loyalty program effectiveness.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, customer lifecycle management, or loyalty marketing.
- Proven track record using CRM tools such as Adobe Campaign, MoEngage, Braze, or WebEngage.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, and referral programs.
- Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
