Job description
J.P. Morgan is hiring a Product Manager ā Associate within its Treasury Services Product Management team in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for driving product strategy, managing rollout and localization of treasury services solutions, and supporting growth across the UAE and broader Middle East. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in payments and treasury services, with experience navigating regulatory requirements, engaging with industry stakeholders, and collaborating cross-functionally to commercialize new financial products and services.

Key responsibilities
- Own product rollout strategy and ensure successful market adoption in UAE and surrounding markets
- Act as the 'voice of the market' to prioritize client, sales, and regulatory needs in product development
- Coordinate regulatory approvals, regional compliance, and local market nuances for product readiness
- Lead and tailor commercialization initiatives and product messaging for the local market
- Maintain and grow strategic relationships with regulators, industry partners, and enterprise clients
- Represent J.P. Morgan Payments in regulatory meetings, industry forums, and client engagements
- Support execution of business targets through expansion and localized product adaptation
- Collaborate closely with global and regional product managers to align on strategy and delivery
Experience & skills
- Proven experience in Treasury Services, Payments, or Corporate Banking
- Strong understanding of payments products, systems, and protocols (e.g., core cash, liquidity, channels)
- Ability to lead complex programs with cross-functional collaboration and organizational impact
- High financial literacy including knowledge of balance sheet, asset/liability, and deposit structures
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder negotiation skills
- Analytical and commercially minded with problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Capable of managing ambiguity and shifting priorities while delivering to tight timelines
- Self-starter with experience engaging with clients, partners, and regulators at a strategic level
