Job description
The Enterprise Sales Team Manager at Check Point in Dubai is responsible for leading local enterprise sales teams in the cybersecurity market. The role requires directly managing teams to drive market share growth, cultivating strong engagements with end-users, collaborating with sales and presales teams, and providing leadership to develop high-performing teams. The position includes monitoring local market intelligence to stay ahead of competitive trends, ensuring accurate forecasting for solutions, projects, renewals, and refresh cycles, and taking ownership of achieving and exceeding sales targets. The manager will work closely with the Regional VP and management team to align strategies, and lead C-Level meetings to foster strategic partnerships. The role demands in-depth understanding of the cybersecurity market, competitive landscape, and IT enterprise solutions, while leveraging a sales-driven, results-oriented approach.

Experience & skills

- Strong business acumen with a methodical, sales-driven approach
- Proven result-oriented and action-driven track record
