Job description
The HR Analytics Manager at Al Tayer Insignia will lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies to enhance HR effectiveness across the organization. The role focuses on translating complex HR data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions in workforce planning, talent management, engagement, and performance. This position requires advanced analytical skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to senior leadership. As part of a high-performing HR team, the manager will leverage analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau, oversee data accuracy across HR systems, and design predictive models to forecast workforce trends.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR leaders and executives to align analytics initiatives with business strategy and objectives
- Define and monitor HR KPIs related to talent acquisition, engagement, retention, performance, and diversity
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and security
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Apply predictive analytics and statistical modeling to forecast workforce trends and support strategic planning
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance teams to ensure data consistency and actionable reporting
- Deliver insights and recommendations to senior management through presentations and reports
- Design and automate standard and ad hoc HR reports to support business decision-making
- Continuously improve HR data collection, reporting processes, and technology tools
- Stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics and workforce intelligence
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in HR analytics, data reporting, and strategic workforce analysis
- Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience building HR dashboards and managing KPIs and HR metrics
- Collaborative mindset with proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of predictive analytics and data modeling for workforce forecasting (preferred)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
