Job description
The Business Coordinator for the Valley Cluster in Trojena, NEOM, will support the Head of the Cluster and the Trojena leadership team by managing administrative, strategic, and stakeholder engagement functions. This role includes overseeing day-to-day operations, managing support staff, preparing reports, coordinating budgets, supporting recruitment, ensuring compliance with NEOM policies, and handling internal and external stakeholder communications. The position requires a high degree of autonomy, analytical thinking, and organizational efficiency, and contributes to change management initiatives and leadership support activities across the Trojena Valley Cluster.

Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for the Valley Cluster and TROJENA leadership.
- Independently manage, prioritize, and respond to incoming issues and written correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of administrative support staff, including scheduling and training.
- Ensure continuous administrative support for direct reports of the Director/TROJENA Leadership.
- Manage special programs and initiatives with NEOM-wide impact.
- Support budget planning and review for the Director/TROJENA Leadershipâs office.
- Approve transactions and advise leadership on disposition.
- Coordinate recruitment activities for Valley Cluster team members.
- Ensure compliance with NEOM/TROJENA policies and procedures.
- Plan and coordinate key special events for the Director/TROJENA Leadership.
- Analyze stakeholder needs and develop engagement strategies.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and mediate conflicts.
- Manage information dissemination and communication accuracy.
- Implement change management strategies and assess associated risks.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and stakeholder-specific communication materials.
- Utilize data analytics to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure all engagement activities align with regulatory and ethical standards.
Experience & skills
- 5+ yearsâ experience in a similar coordination or leadership support role.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong analytical skills for research and statistical application in decision-making.
- Organizational ability for record and data management, and meeting deadlines.
- Advanced computer skills and experience with personnel management and project management software.
- Bachelorâs Degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant professional memberships or accreditations preferred.
