End to end delivery of Murex interfaces drives this role, covering requirement gathering, design, build, test, deployment and support. FAB guidelines shape the solution design work, and gathering requirements from stakeholders in a clear document comes first in that process. You'll work across Mx3.1, MxMLExchange and Market Data, drawing on in depth knowledge of the Batch and Live modules along with the wider Murex data model. Interfaces to trading platforms and market data providers such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv and IHS Markit sit at the centre of the build work. Shell scripting and SQL programming back up the technical delivery, alongside Control-M scheduling and a solid grasp of the overall Murex system. Product coverage spans FX, IRD, FI, EQD, CRD, MM and COM, so exposure across multiple asset classes matters here. You're expected to navigate the IT Delivery Process while building a network across other teams and third party vendors. Production support runs alongside project delivery, with timelines respected and improvements to existing solutions suggested along the way. Cloud knowledge adds further value, given how much of this environment is shifting in that direction.
