Job description
Complex, high-value contracts at NEOM need someone who can spot risk before it becomes a dispute, and that is exactly the gap this Senior Contract Manager role fills. You manage commercial and contractual activities across a significant programme, working closely with the client's commercial team, project leadership and key stakeholders throughout. Contract administration runs through this role from end to end, keeping obligations, procedures and timelines on track across the project lifecycle. Requests for proposals, tender documents and contract terms all get reviewed for commercial risk, obligations and non-compliance before anything moves forward. Negotiations on complex, sensitive or high-value matters fall under this position too, backed by expert contractual advice given directly to the client and project leadership. Contractual performance, risks, variations and claims get monitored continuously, with clear reporting keeping everyone aligned on where the project actually stands. Project, commercial, procurement and legal teams all collaborate closely with this role to resolve contractual matters as they arise. Technical guidance flows out to the wider contracts team as well, promoting consistency, compliance and commercial best practice across the programme.
