Job description
The Manager, Measurement Insights & Enablement at Mastercard is a key member of the Customer Acquisition & Engagement (CAE) unit within the Services organization. This role focuses on scaling marketing results measurement and embedding insights into sales enablement efforts across the EEMEA region. Responsibilities include building methodologies and case studies to enhance campaign performance, managing region-wide deliverables, collecting feedback to improve analytical frameworks, and scaling measurement execution processes. The role requires collaboration with Data Strategy and Privacy teams to ensure compliance with Mastercardās data policies. This position emphasizes strategic communication, client management, strong analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of marketing sciences. It is integral to demonstrating the value of Mastercardās marketing services and contributing to data-driven performance optimization across the enterprise.

- Scale marketing results measurement capabilities and governance across EEMEA
- Build methodologies, materials, and case studies for enhancing campaign insights
