Job description
The Business & Technology Delivery Analyst at Accenture Technology will play a key role in supporting and enhancing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) functionalities for clients across diverse industries. The position requires both technical and business acumen to ensure effective SAP solutions that streamline the order-to-cash process. Working within Accentureās global innovation ecosystem, the analyst will collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver system improvements, troubleshoot issues, and support digital transformation projects in line with best practices and client objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Support and maintain the SAP SD module, analyzing business requirements and translating them into system solutions
- Configure and customize SAP SD functionalities including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine functional requirements
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely resolution
- Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate system functionality
- Work with technical teams to design and implement enhancements, reports, and system interfaces
- Assist in preparing training materials and conducting user training sessions
- Ensure process compliance and maintain data integrity across SAP SD operations
- Support integration efforts between SAP SD and related modules such as MM, FI, and PP
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technology innovation projects within the SAP ecosystem
Experience & skills
- 2ā4 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD module configuration and support
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution business processes, including order-to-cash, pricing, and billing
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution preferred
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and support tools
- Knowledge of SAP integration points with MM, FI, and PP modules
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to liaise effectively with clients and technical teams
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and deliver high-quality outcomes within set timelines
