Ten weeks on a live, enterprise-grade platform for a major public-sector organisation is the scope of this Dubai contract, and it needs someone who can start immediately. Instead of step-by-step tickets, you are given an outcome and trusted to decide the technical approach, working directly with the Technical Lead. Features are designed and delivered across the full stack, from first requirements to production. The backend runs on .NET 10, C#, EF Core 9 and SQL Server, while the frontend uses React, Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind. Microsoft Azure hosts the platform, with CI/CD through Azure DevOps. External API integrations, authentication and authorisation, background processing, event and licensing workflows, and bilingual English and Arabic features are all part of the wider system. Clean, maintainable code built on SOLID principles and modern architecture is expected. Five or more years of full-stack engineering with strong production C#/.NET and React/Next.js/TypeScript skills is required. Azure Functions, API Management, Entra ID or Azure AD B2C, and multilingual or public-sector platform experience would help.
