Job description
The Account Manager – Restaurants (Arabic Speaking) role within Deliveroo’s Commercial team in Dubai – Main Office operates at the center of a three-sided food delivery and e-commerce marketplace serving restaurants, grocers, and new verticals. As part of Deliveroo, now integrated within the broader global structure of DoorDash and collaborating with systems and teams across DoorDash and Wolt, the position focuses on strategic account management and commercial growth within the Middle East region. The role requires independent ownership of a high-value restaurant partner portfolio, developing tailored commercial strategies to maximise sales, retention, customer satisfaction, and long-term profitability. The Account Manager is responsible for delivering revenue targets, managing promotional ROI, overseeing profitability metrics, and executing data-driven initiatives that enhance partner performance and customer experience. Using advanced Excel capabilities and analytics tools such as Looker, the role conducts market trend analysis, pricing optimisation, portfolio optimisation, and leads quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with structured, actionable recommendations. The position also involves contract negotiation, execution of partner-funded and co-marketing campaigns to drive incremental order volume and brand visibility, and identification of category expansion and new business initiatives to ensure sustainable network performance. The role operates in a fast-paced, cross-functional commercial environment, requiring bilingual Arabic and English communication and strong expertise in account management, business development, commercial strategy, and data-led decision-making within food delivery, F&B, or e-commerce sectors.
