Job description
Every decision on a major mixed-use programme in Riyadh depends on reliable project information, and this Senior Manager builds the framework that keeps it accurate, secure and usable. Reporting to the Programme Director, you set the programme-wide Information Management Strategy for the PMO that KBR runs on behalf of the client. Governance frameworks, standards and policies for information management and data quality come first. Document management platforms, common data environments and digital collaboration tools then need integrating with document control, project controls, scheduling, cost management and other PMIS platforms. Information lifecycle processes run from creation and approval through storage, retention and archiving. Security matters throughout, so cybersecurity standards, data protection and regulatory requirements apply to every information asset. Programme leadership relies on dashboards, analytics and executive reports, including Power BI, built by your team of information management and document control specialists. At least 15 years in project controls, programme management or information management is required, with 5 or more years supporting digital transformation. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or Engineering and a certification such as Microsoft Cloud Solutions, Oracle Cloud Architect Professional, Cisco Specialist Enterprise Core or Scrum Foundation Professional are also expected.
