Talabat Mart is the region's first cloud store concept, delivering groceries at hypermarket prices within 30 minutes, and this Senior Specialist role keeps its inventory accurate as the service expands into more countries. You'll ensure the correct inventory sits at every store, analyzing current stock status and updating ordering parameters to avoid both out-of-stock and over-stock situations. Stock movement gets monitored daily, with reports run on daily inventory adjustments to catch issues early. Replenishment model parameters need accurate maintenance, covering lead times, reorder points, economic order quantities and supplier minimum order quantities. Demand forecasts get prepared and orders initiated to stores, with receipt of those orders tracked through to completion. Inventory gets managed in coordination with Category Managers, keeping purchase forecasts and inventory reporting timely and accurate. Orders get dispatched to suppliers with proper tracking in place, and supplier collaboration improves forecasting and replenishment planning over time. Accurate records of in-stock and inventory position get maintained consistently, since decisions downstream depend on that data being right.
