Job description
The Account Executive for BytePlus GenAI Solutions is responsible for accelerating commercial growth across BytePlus’s Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Generative Media portfolio, including image, video, voice, and multimodal models, as well as global AI infrastructure and delivery platforms. BytePlus, backed by ByteDance’s vision to build global platforms of creation and interaction, develops innovative technologies and products that enable businesses to fuel their next wave of growth. The role focuses on full-cycle sales ownership, managing customer relationships end-to-end, driving new business acquisition, and expanding strategic accounts across US and EMEA markets. The position involves close collaboration with product teams, solution engineering, and ecosystem partners to align customer requirements with product capabilities and ensure successful AI solution deployments. Responsibilities also include overseeing customer onboarding and adoption, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across AI models, inference platforms, and GPU-based infrastructure, maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene, and delivering accurate revenue forecasting. The role requires engagement in joint go-to-market motions with technology partners, representation of the company at global AI conferences and executive briefings, and active participation in ecosystem events. The position emphasizes domain knowledge in Generative AI, API-based pricing models, AI infrastructure, and enterprise sales in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Drive the full end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure across LLM, Generative Media, and AI infrastructure offerings
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with founders, CTOs, and enterprise decision-makers to accelerate new business acquisition and strategic account expansion
- Oversee customer onboarding and adoption while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across AI models, inference platforms, and GPU-based infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with solution engineering and product teams to ensure successful AI deployments and alignment between customer needs and product iteration
- Lead joint go-to-market initiatives with technology partners and represent the company at global AI conferences, executive briefings, and ecosystem events
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline governance, and sales forecasting to drive revenue growth across US and EMEA markets
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in B2B technology sales, SaaS, or cloud platform solutions with the ability to manage complex mid-market or enterprise sales cycles
- Demonstrate foundational knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI concepts, and API-based consumption pricing models
- Show experience engaging technical and business stakeholders using negotiation and presentation techniques across enterprise environments
- Be willing and able to travel frequently across US and EMEA markets to support customer and partner engagements
- Demonstrate Turkish or Russian business-level language proficiency, with Turkish required for Turkish market stakeholders and Russian required for EMEA/CIS client communication
